RECRUITMENTS PROCESS

We are having a team to recruitment officers to identify the right people of having devotion towards the Security the Security related professions. We will give first preference to the candidate from Defence, POLICE, Home Guards and followed by civilians. The recruitment team is also having the responsibility to check the background of the individual and also previous employment history.

TRAINING

The basic training methodology had been designed as per the PSAR Act 2005 and 2008 basic trainings are imparted to the guards with grooming, Physical drill, Crowed control, Crisis response and Disaster management, maintenance of registers, First Aid, Fire Fighting, handling of systems, securing the assets Visitor Management, Key Management, Business continuity plans, Evacuations Drill, Fire panel systems, access control systems, CCTV onsite training shall be organized once in a month to ensure that the security personnel are totally acquainted with the clients security systems and procedures.
